Rick Santorum's son runs for Class President. Clearly a chip off the old blockhead.

John Santorum, son of the the former Pennsylvania senator and presidential candidate, has launched his own campaign for president of his class at the Citadel, the Charleston, South Carolina, military academy. 

I hate to point this out but what John Santorum's father started was a losing campaign for President.

And just to show how out of equally out of step THIS Santorum is withe the times, he also had THIS prominently displayed on his Facebook page:

Apparently this kid does not read the news.

Though to be fair I imagine a gun fetish is probably far more acceptable in a military academy than it is in other places,

However it does kind of make me wonder how a kid who has never had the opportunity to vote one way or the other on gun issues, gets an A+ rating from the NRA. What did he have to do for that?

I assume this probably means that in the next fifteen years or so there might be yet ANOTHER Santorum for the political pundits and bloggers to mock and ridicule. Good to know that this family has such a steep learning curve.

Must be all of that effective homeschooling.
